How to Reserve a Sightseeing Taxi
Reservations are accepted up to 2 business days in advance (7 business days in advance for jumbo taxis).
*Shuttle taxis cannot be used for jumbo taxis.
- First, select your course and vehicle (regular car or jumbo taxi). *The fare varies depending on the course and vehicle.
- If you have any requests, you can change, replace, or add stopping points and endpoints.
For each course, you can choose the Osu area, where you can enjoy Nagoya’s local cuisine, as the endpoint. - Please make a reservation using the inquiry form at the bottom of the page.

This plan allows cosplayers to depart from designated locations in Nagoya City (such as stations or hotels) and tour their choice of certified cosplay facilities in Nagoya while dressed in cosplay outfits!
We will support your cosplay experience with special rates starting from 7,290 yen per hour!
You can travel directly from one facility to another, so there’s no need to search for stations or bus stops.

With a shuttle taxi, you can visit tourist spots for only 7,290 yen!
- This plan is limited to travel within the Nagoya transportation area, and can be used if either the departure point or destination is a tourist spot.
- Travel from the departure point to the destination counts as one ride.
- While one ride covers the outbound journey, we also accept reservations for round trips. For round trips, please pay the return fare in advance during the outbound journey.
- If one ride exceeds one hour (excluding cases due to traffic conditions), an additional fee of 7,290 yen (including tax) will be charged per hour.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Taxi reservations are accepted via phone, fax, email, web, etc., and are valid unless canceled by the customer themselves.
Article 2 (Start Date of Reservation Acceptance)
Taxi reservations are accepted from the same date one month before the scheduled date of boarding or use.
1. Reservations made more than one month in advance are considered provisional, and if no changes or cancellations are made by one month before the scheduled date, they will automatically be confirmed. Article 3 (Cancellation of Reservation)
If you wish to cancel your reserved taxi, please be sure that the person who made the reservation notifies us of the cancellation by phone, fax, email, etc.
Article 4 (Cancellation Fee)
Please note that cancellation fees may apply when canceling a reservation.
1．No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received by two days before the first scheduled date of boarding.
2．A cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the scheduled fare for the first day will be charged for cancellations received on the day before the scheduled date of boarding.
3．A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled fare for the first day will be charged for cancellations received before the reservation time on the day of the scheduled date of boarding.
4．A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled fare for the day will be charged for no-shows after the reservation time.
5.In case of natural disasters (such as earthquakes or typhoons), or cancellations due to suspension or delay of operations of airlines, JR, etc., cancellation fees may be exempted or reduced upon consultation.
Article 5 (Payment of Cancellation Fee, Refund of Prepayment, etc.)
If a cancellation fee is incurred, please promptly make payment via bank transfer to the designated bank account after receiving the invoice. Please also bear the fees for the bank transfer, etc.
1．If there are any prepaid taxi fares, etc., they will be deducted from the cancellation fee and expenses such as transfer fees, and the difference will be refunded to you.
2．If payment was made by credit card, the cancellation fee and expenses such as transfer fees will be deducted, and the difference will be refunded after confirmation of payment to our account. (Payment is due at the end of the following month in which the transaction is made.)
